Depending on your health cover, your rebate may vary. Please provide the following item codes when inquiring about your eligibility:

• Item Code 100 – Individual Assessment/Treatment (First appointment only)
• Item Code 250 – Individual Assessment/Treatment greater than 30 minutes (Subsequent appointments)

A Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan can be arranged through your GP for eligible individuals, allowing you to receive up to five Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year.

• Please note that the rebate does not cover the full cost of the session.
• Medicare rebates can be accessed once the session has been paid for in full.

As a registered occupational therapist under the Better Access to Mental Health program, I can accept Medicare Mental Health Care Plans (MHCP), which provide up to 10 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year.

• Please note, the rebate does not cover the full cost of a session.
• Medicare rebates can be accessed once the session has been paid for in full.

• I am able to provide NDIS-funded services to NDIS Self-Managed and NDIS Plan Managed participants. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide services to NDIA-registered participants.
• If you are a Plan Managed participant, I will need your Plan Manager’s details to send invoices directly to them for payment.
