At Bloom Paediatric & Family Services, I offer individualised supervision and mentoring for occupational therapists across all stages of their professional journey. My approach is grounded in reflection, collaboration, and practical skill development, supporting therapists to grow in confidence, competence, and nurturing their professional identity.
With extensive experience supervising new graduate, early career, and experienced occupational therapists, I provide a supportive and respectful space to explore clinical reasoning and strengthen professional capabilities. I understand that each therapist brings unique strengths, professional development goals, and learning preferences, and I tailor supervision to meet each individuals support needs.
In addition to my clinical experience, my role as a lecturer at Monash University has strengthened my expertise in teaching, mentoring, and supporting occupational therapists to translate knowledge and theory into practice.
My supervision style is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I aim to create a safe and encouraging environment where therapists feel comfortable reflecting and asking questions. Together, we will work towards supporting you to flourish in your role and provide high-quality, meaningful support to the children and families you work with.
