Hello, I am proud to introduce myself as the director and senior occupational therapist at Bloom Paediatric and Family Services.
After graduating with honours from Monash University in 2010, I began my career at Monash Health, gaining valuable expertise in both adult and paediatric services through a rotational program.
Since 2012, my passion has been working within the private paediatric community, where I’ve built strong connections with local service providers and educational settings. Known for my warm, nurturing, and professional approach, I am dedicated to helping children and adolescents thrive, recognising that everyone comes into ‘bloom’ in their own time.
Since 2017, I have also shared my knowledge and skills as an Associate Teacher at Monash University, mentoring students in their first and fourth years. In 2025 I extended my role at Monash University to become a Lecturer of the Department of Occupational Therapy, and I am currently co-coordinating and teaching units for first and fourth year students. I am also currently part of several research projects focussing on children, families, and collaborating with teachers, and completing my Fellowship in Higher Education.
As a local mother of two primary school-aged children, I have lived on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula for much of my life. I enjoy being creative, whether through arts and crafts or in the kitchen, and thrive outdoors, pottering in my garden, exploring local treasures, and spending time by the water.
I am thrilled to have launched Bloom in 2025, offering personalised, high-quality, and supportive services to children and their families across the Mornington Peninsula. I look forward to helping each child and family flourish on their unique journey.
